Dext Capital added Cassandra Rentfrow as sales representative and Lindsey DeLaRosa as account manager within the company’s hospitality team. Rentfrow and DeLaRosa join Dext as an established team, bringing 14 years of experienced partnership to serve vendor partners and customers across the hospitality market.
Rentfrow is joining Dext Capital with more than 35 years of equipment finance experience. Throughout her career, she has held regional manager positions with Summit Vendor Finance, U.S. Express Leasing and Textron Financial. She joins Dext following a 14-year tenure with Ascentium Capital, where she served as vice president of sales. During that time, she led the company’s technology and hospitality programs while developing and maintaining a strong client base across the hospitality and senior living markets.
DeLaRosa also joins Dext from Ascentium Capital, where she served as program manager within vendor services. In that role, she worked closely with Rentfrow to manage the day-to-day operations and support the continued growth of their shared programs. At Dext, DeLaRosa will oversee the team’s portfolio and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners, helping ensure a seamless and responsive experience throughout the financing process.
