DLL’s Equipment Showroom platform has generated more than €75 million in sales since its launch in 2023. The platform continues to connect businesses across Europe with quality used equipment.
Since launch, the platform has facilitated the sale of equipment across a range of industries, including agriculture, construction, technology and healthcare. It has attracted thousands of registered bidders, with buyers participating from 31 countries across Europe and beyond, underscoring its international reach. Equipment listed on the platform has come from DLL operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Brazil, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway and Spain.
“In an environment characterized by economic uncertainty, elevated interest rates and increasingly selective buyers, DLL continues to achieve strong outcomes for our customers,” John Mollaghan, global asset sales manager at DLL, said. “Surpassing €75 million in sales reflects the strength of demand we’re seeing across international markets and the value of connecting the right buyers with the right equipment. Our focus remains on providing buyers with confidence in every transaction.”
The Equipment Showroom’s performance is supported by a disciplined, global asset management process. Before being listed for sale, equipment is carefully assessed, inspected and documented to provide buyers with a transparent view of its condition. Where appropriate, assets may also undergo preparation or refurbishment. Local asset sales teams support the process with market expertise and accurate equipment information. The company has also experienced growing adoption of financing options within the platform, helping customers acquire equipment while managing cash flow.
“We are seeing more buyers choose financing when purchasing equipment through the platform,” Steve Richards, head of global asset sales at DLL, said. “For many businesses, this provides additional flexibility when making investment decisions. It’s becoming an important part of how customers purchase used equipment today.”
DLL continues to invest in the platform to improve customer experience and expand participation. DLL plans to expand the Equipment Showroom into additional countries and equipment categories, bringing more inventory to the platform and connecting sellers with a wider network of buyers. The aim is to make it easier for businesses to source and sell used equipment across markets.
