Dun & Bradstreet Launches New AI-Powered Capabilities

These D&B.AI capabilities enable organizations to embed verified business context and credit intelligence into AI assistants and custom agents, allowing finance teams to fuel customized workflows with the D&B Commercial Graph.

Dun & Bradstreet launched new AI-powered capabilities to help finance teams make faster credit decisions, surface portfolio risks earlier and optimize growth opportunities.

Now available within the D&B Finance Analytics platform and through its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, these D&B.AI capabilities enable organizations to embed verified business context and credit intelligence into AI assistants and custom agents, allowing finance teams to fuel customized workflows with the D&B Commercial Graph. Anchored by the global standard D‑U‑N‑S Number identifier, the D&B Commercial Graph provides a context layer that allows AI agents to understand business identity, relationships and risk across the global economy.

“Credit teams are under pressure to make faster decisions without sacrificing confidence, consistency or governance,” Scott Spencer, general manager, finance and credit at Dun & Bradstreet, said. “D&B.AI capabilities help teams get answers they trust in seconds instead of hours, identify emerging risks sooner and focus attention where it matters most. By combining AI-powered guidance with the business context of the D&B Commercial Graph, we’re helping organizations move from analysis to informed action faster than ever before.”

This release extends a series of collaborations that make Dun & Bradstreet’s verified business information available wherever enterprises already work. D&B.AI capabilities for D&B Finance Analytics are available today in-platform and in Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Databricks via MCP server. MCP integration is also planned for Gemini Enterprise.
