EagleBank appointed Corey S. Muñoz as executive vice president and chief people officer, effective Nov. 16, 2026.

Muñoz will join EagleBank’s executive leadership team and report directly to president and CEO Stephen Curley. He will shape the people strategy and develop the leadership and organizational capabilities needed to advance the bank’s strategic plan and support sustainable growth.

“EagleBank’s continued success will be shaped by our ability to attract, develop and retain exceptional people,” Curley said. “Corey brings deep experience transforming complex organizations, strengthening leadership pipelines and aligning talent strategy with business priorities. His appointment reinforces our commitment to developing the leadership and capabilities that will support our growth and advance our strategic plan.”

Muñoz added, “EagleBank has built a strong franchise and distinctive culture through its people, customer relationships and commitment to the communities it serves. I look forward to building on that foundation by developing talent, creating opportunities for employees and supporting the bank’s long-term success.”

Most recently, Muñoz served as global vice president, people and organization at Mars, where he led talent development strategies serving more than 140,000 associates across 80-plus countries and expanded organizational capabilities through technology and AI-enabled learning systems.

Previously, he was partner, people and culture at KPMG, leading talent management, employee engagement, leadership development and organizational transformation. As the New Jersey office managing partner, he also oversaw operations and employee engagement for approximately 2,200 professionals.

Earlier, Muñoz was vice president of human resources for corporate offices and wholesale banking at TD Bank Group, directing talent strategy, leadership development and succession planning across risk, finance, legal and wholesale banking. He also held senior human resources and leadership development roles at BAE Systems.

Muñoz holds a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology and an M.S. in psychology from the University of Georgia, a B.A. in psychology from Oklahoma State University and an Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University.
