Eldridge Capital Management closed a $75 million sale-leaseback with a global producer of chemical inputs widely used across everyday consumer and industrial products. The lease proceeds will support the company’s deleveraging strategy, bolster its liquidity and support operational improvements throughout its global production facilities.
Eldridge’s lease is collateralized by select production equipment at the company’s flagship North American facility, which has served diverse end markets and an extensive customer network for decades.
“This transaction reflects Eldridge’s ability to deliver flexible, scaled capital solutions secured by mission-critical industrial assets,” Harrison Smith, managing director at Eldridge Capital Management, said. “With a deep bench of structuring expertise and one of the largest asset-based credit platforms in North America we can execute with speed and certainty to support our customers’ strategic and operational objectives. We are proud to partner with a business of this caliber and storied industrial heritage.”
Jeff Ward, senior director at Eldridge Capital Management, added, “The company’s scale, vertical integration and operational track record have made it a trusted partner to a worldwide customer base. The company had a distinct set of financing challenges, and our team worked diligently to structure, underwrite, document and close this transaction on an accelerated timeline, delivering on the precision and reliability that our customers expect from Eldridge.”
