The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) launched a new event, the Power of People Summit 2025, set to take place July 21 – 23, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland. This gathering will bring together equipment finance industry leaders and professionals for two days of dynamic engagement, innovation and collaboration.
The Power of People Summit will integrate key elements from the association’s Emergence, Equity and Women’s Leadership Forums. The summit will focus on fostering leadership, empowerment and professional development within the equipment finance industry.
In conjunction with the summit, ELFA also formed an inclusion committee, which will support the association’s commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all industry professionals. The committee will be bolstered by three specialized subcommittees:
- Emerging Leaders Subcommittee: Dedicated to supporting emerging professionals in their career development
- Inclusion Education and Resources Subcommittee: Focused on creating valuable educational content and resources
- Women’s Subcommittee: Concentrated on advancing gender diversity and opportunities within the industry
Additionally, the association will establish three working groups to address events, marketing/communication and mentorship.
