EnPowered, a provider of access to financing for commercial clean energy hardware projects, completed its acquisition of LED.Finance, an energy financing company with over 30 years of experience supporting contractors, manufacturers and distributors across the United States. This acquisition strengthens EnPowered’s commitment to reducing financing barriers for clean energy projects and grows its capacity to find financing options that perfectly fit the needs of clean energy contractors.

This acquisition expands commercial financing experience and adds significant value to EnPowered’s funder portfolio, including funders that provide 10-year or greater terms for solar projects.
LED.Finance founder and managing director Ross Reida continues to support EnPowered by working closely with sales and leadership teams to facilitate customers’ transition to clean energy.
