Falcon National Bank added Eric Bunnell as equipment finance sales and syndication manager, bringing more than 25 years of banking experience and 14 years of specialized equipment finance expertise to the organization.
In his new role, Bunnell will lead sales and syndication efforts for Falcon National Bank’s equipment finance division, helping expand the bank’s nationwide presence while building on its established platform and industry relationships.
Bunnell spent the first 12 years of his banking career in commercial lending with community banks in the Kansas City area before transitioning to equipment finance. Most recently, he spent nine years leading Arvest Equipment Finance.
A recognized leader within the equipment finance industry, Bunnell currently serves on the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) Board of Directors and has previously served as chair of ELFA’s Bank Business Council Steering Committee. He holds the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation and has helped instruct courses for other equipment finance professionals pursuing the certification. He has also served on the CLFP Foundation Board of Directors and was recently recognized by Monitor among the industry’s most influential professionals.

Based in the Kansas City area, Bunnell grew up in northern Missouri as the fourth generation on his family farm and earned a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His agricultural roots, community banking background and extensive equipment finance experience have shaped a relationship-focused approach to the industry.
