First American Equipment Finance ranked No. 1 on the Rochester Top Workplaces 2026 list (midsize category, 125-399 FTE). This is First American’s sixth consecutive year ranking in first place.
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement specialist Energage. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow and empowered to execute.
