First Citizens Bank promoted Jacob Kart to vice president, senior change management and operational modernization, according to a LinkedIn post from Kart. Previously, Kart spent two years with Capital One as associate, business loan advocate and senior process manager. Prior to that, Kart spent two years with CIT as recovery relationship specialist and sales support, originations specialist.
