Fleet Advantage, an innovator in specialty financing, fleet data analytics, asset performance services and life cycle cost management, earned multiple team member recognitions.
John Rickette, CLFP, vice president of portfolio and manager of transaction management team, and Tracy Derival, marketing and digital coordinator, were selected as 2026 Pros To Know Award winners by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
Rickette was honored as a Top Transportation Innovator for his leadership in advancing transportation finance analytics and life cycle cost management strategies, while Derival was recognized in the Rising Stars category for her growing impact on digital engagement and industry education.
Rickette’s leadership over more than two decades in transportation finance has helped reshape how organizations evaluate and manage fleet assets. Derival has played a pivotal role in transforming Fleet Advantage’s digital presence, producing educational content that helps organizations with transportation fleets navigate complex challenges such as regulatory changes, safety best practices, and total cost of ownership strategies.
Shayna Sweet, manager of dealer services and operations administration, was recognized as a 2026 Top Woman To Watch In Trucking by the Women In Trucking Association.
Sweet has demonstrated significant career accomplishments while supporting the advancement of women across the industry. She has distinguished herself through operational excellence, innovation and leadership. She oversees the coordination of equipment leasing and delivery, driving improvements in efficiency, data accuracy and cross-team collaboration over the past 12–18 months.
Elizabeth Gomez, director of marketing and community outreach, was named a 2026 Power Leader in Philanthropy by the South Florida Business Journal.
Gomez plays a key role in Fleet Advantage’s external marketing initiatives and leads efforts for the company’s Kids Around the Corner Foundation (KATC). Under her leadership, Fleet Advantage contributed over $300,000 in donations to South Florida organizations over the past year, supporting initiatives focused on education, financial literacy and community development.
