Great Place To Work and Fortune magazine have selected First American Equipment Finance as one of the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women. This is First American’s second time being named to this prestigious list, coming in at No. 47.
To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 640,000 women who work for Great Place To Work Certified companies that were eligible for the list. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and have at least one female C-suite executive.
First American continues to exceed industry benchmarks for the representation and advancement of women. During the last fiscal year, women represented 46% of First American’s workforce and earned 51% of all promotions.
