Fox Ridge Capital, a hybrid commercial lender, closed its third revolving credit facility, a $75 million agreement with DZ BANK AG, bringing the company’s total issuances to $240 million since its founding earlier this year.
“Fox Ridge Capital has demonstrated impressive momentum backed by strong operational discipline and leadership,” Alexander Ploch, executive director at DZ BANK, said. “DZ BANK is delighted to provide this credit facility to support their expanding originations and to help drive the company’s next chapter of nationwide growth.”
The facility supports the surge of originations as the demand for Fox Ridge Capital’s financing expands. This demand drives the company’s recruitment of tenured sales and operations personnel to support growth initiatives.
“We secured this facility through a collaborative partnership with DZ BANK, reflecting their confidence in our proven operating performance and in our leadership team,” Dawn D. Gillette, chief financial officer of Fox Ridge Capital, said. “We chose DZ BANK because of the commitment they’ve shown to the industry over decades and the strong relationship we built together. This third facility within our initial months reinforces the strength of our business model and the repeated successes of Tom Depping’s equipment finance companies.”
