Fox Ridge Capital, a newly launched hybrid equipment finance company backed by LKCM Headwater Investments, has reached full operation on ASPIRE, LTi Technology Solutions’ lease and loan lifecycle management platform, just six months after selecting it as its foundational technology. With no legacy systems, team, workflows or processes to build from, Fox Ridge Capital stood up its entire operation from scratch and is now booking live contracts on ASPIRE.
As a new organization, the company approached platform selection with a clear mandate: build a scalable, high-performance operation without the limitations of legacy systems, prioritizing scalability, speed to market and long-term flexibility.
“When we selected ASPIRE, we bet on a partner that could match our pace. Six months later, that bet has paid off — we’re live, we’re booking business, and we did it without slowing down to fight our own systems,” Tom Depping, founder and CEO of Fox Ridge Capital, said. “That’s exactly the outcome we set out to build.”
Andrew Depping, chief technology officer at Fox Ridge Capital, added, “The real test of an integrated ecosystem is what happens on go-live day, not what’s promised in a proposal. ASPIRE, Aurora and Dynamics 365 came together exactly as designed, and that gave our team the confidence to run at full speed from day one.”
That vision has now translated into results, with Fox Ridge Capital reaching the market, and revenue, without the long infrastructure buildout that often delays new entrants.
“Standing up a company from nothing means building your reporting and controls before you have a single transaction to test them against,” Dawn Gillette, chief financial officer at Fox Ridge Capital, said. “ASPIRE gave us confidence in the numbers from day one, so we could put our energy into building the business instead of double-checking it.”
Randy Haug, executive vice president and co-founder of LTi Technology Solutions, added, “Fox Ridge Capital set out to prove that a new company could launch on modern technology and move faster than the industry expects. Six months and a live book of business later, they’ve done exactly that, and it’s a model we’re proud to have helped build.”
