Steven Holben, senior director of digital sales strategy and originations at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, has been appointed to the Equipment Finance Cares Advisory Council.

Holben has spent the last decade at Mitsubishi HC Capital America developing the strategic use of the company’s data for actionable lead generation. His role has evolved to include leading the vendor solutions Salesforce data governance team, ensuring that data drives greater success throughout the customer relationship lifecycle.
Holben has been an active member of the ELFA Emerging Talent Advisory Council for three years and holds the CLFP designation.
