Gina Rigsby, head of commercial operations at DLL, and Jen Martin, senior vice president and chief strategy officer at LTi Technology Solutions, will join facilitator Lori Frasier for the first session of the LeadHER Learning Series.
“Beyond Balance: Building Sustainable Success at Work and Beyond” will take place virtually on Sept. 10, 2026, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET.
Designed as an extension of the conversations and connections created through LeadHER, the new learning series will give women across equipment finance opportunities to continue learning together throughout the year. Each session will explore a timely leadership topic through candid discussion, practical exercises and meaningful peer engagement.
The first session will examine what sustainable success looks like when professional responsibilities, personal priorities and leadership expectations are all competing for attention. Rather than presenting balance as a perfect or permanent state, the conversation will invite participants to consider how they can make more intentional decisions about where they direct their time, energy and focus.
Rigsby and Martin will bring their distinct leadership perspectives and real-world experiences to the discussion, joining Frasier in exploring the choices, boundaries and mindset shifts that allow leaders to perform at a high level without losing sight of what matters most.
This will not be a traditional webinar in which participants simply log in and listen. The highly interactive, two-hour experience will include collaborative conversations, hands-on exercises and small-group breakouts designed to help attendees:
- Identify the priorities that deserve their attention in the current season of their lives and careers
- Recognize patterns and expectations that may be contributing to overwhelm
- Make more intentional choices about their time, energy and boundaries
- Develop practical strategies for pursuing meaningful, sustainable success
- Connect with other women navigating similar leadership challenges
“Beyond Balance: Building Sustainable Success at Work and Beyond” is open to anyone navigating their career who is looking for a more intentional and sustainable approach to leadership, performance and personal fulfillment. LeadHER attendees are also eligible for a special discounted registration rate.
