LEASING101, a provider of leasing consulting and education, launched a new training program designed to elevate the leasing knowledge of entire teams. The program was developed by Bill Bosco, CEO of LEASING101.
The program, a one-time fee of $5,000, provides organizations with unlimited access to the training materials for all team members, around the clock and year-round.
The training package includes 12 narrated PowerPoint presentations, crafted over the course of Bosco’s 50-year career in the industry. It also features eight scripted sales call roleplays, 10 articles, sample pitch books and proposal letters. The content is designed to cater to both foundational industry knowledge and advanced topics, focused on mid- to large-ticket sales and structuring. The materials are available for online viewing, listening and reading, though downloading is prohibited to protect the integrity of the content.
LEASING101 also revitalized its website, which now offers free industry resources and information. These include articles, downloadable Excel tools for common lease calculations, the free HP12C app and links to resources, such as the Big Four audit firms’ lease interpretation guides.
