Quality Equipment Finance appointed Ricardo Leon as its new credit manager. Leon brings over 26 years of extensive experience in commercial equipment finance, making him a valuable addition to the team as Quality continues to expand operations and enhance service offerings.
Leon’s career spans managerial, underwriting and sales roles across multiple companies, most recently including DLL and Scotiabank. Furthermore, his wealth of experience in managerial positions across diverse markets equips him with the skills and insights necessary to drive innovation and excellence in Quality’s credit operations.
After obtaining an undergraduate degree in banking and finance, Leon further honed his expertise with a master’s degree in finance. His educational background and professional experience position him uniquely to lead Quality Equipment Finance’s credit team in delivering exceptional support and solutions for clients.
