Linedata, a global provider of credit and asset management technology, data and services, entered a strategic partnership with AutoRek. The agreement makes AutoRek’s automated reconciliation platform available to Linedata clients as a fully managed service, delivered through Linedata’s co-sourcing model. This partnership will provide Linedata’s clients with market leading reconciliation capability without requiring standalone procurement, implementation or management.
The partnership offers AutoRek’s automated reconciliation tool as a fully managed service for Linedata clients. AutoRek will be delivered by the same operational model that clients use for other co-sourced functions. AutoRek’s tool will exist alongside Linedata’s own reconciliation platform.
“Linedata and AutoRek share a common goal: to deliver the best technologies to asset managers that will transform their financial operations,” Jonathan Hinkley, head of global services at Linedata, said. “This partnership, built on an established operating model with the same staffing governance, and oversight structure as Linedata’s other co-sourced services, will give customers unrivalled tools to manage their investments with maximum ease and efficiency, rather than standalone software to run themselves.”
Linedata’s operations teams will run AutoRek’s platform on clients’ behalf, having completed formal training and certification from AutoRek.
“We’re excited to be partnering with Linedata, a firm that shares our commitment to helping clients achieve real operational outcomes, not just deploying software, especially in an era when organisations are struggling to implement new technologies effectively, at scale,” Martyn Ward, CRO of AutoRek, said. “Together, we’re reshaping asset management around the principles of tighter integration, support for clients’ service models, and future-forward tools shaped by SaaS, automation, and artificial intelligence technologies”.
The partnership also extends both companies’ commercial reach. Linedata gains access to AutoRek’s client base in the UK and Northern Europe, while AutoRek accelerates its growth in North America, APAC and France.
