Rosenthal Capital Group (RCG), a private commercial finance firm in the United States, added Fritz Martinson as senior vice president for underwriting and portfolio management, based in the firm’s Chicago office.
As an experienced commercial banking professional, Martinson will help with the continued expansion of RCG’s equipment financing business, its newest division, as well as broadening the firm’s reach throughout the Midwest. Before joining RCG, Martinson served as vice president and lead equipment finance underwriter for Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, where he underwrote hundreds of equipment financing transactions and generated a high volume of loans and leases for the firm during his 10-year tenure.
“Fritz is highly experienced in analyzing, underwriting and executing transactions, while also effectively managing risk and generating efficiencies,” Patrick Norton, executive vice president and equipment financing division manager at RCG, said. “He’s the perfect addition to our growing team, especially in the Midwest, and will no doubt play an important role in the future of our division.”
