Million Air at Westchester County Airport (KHPN) has selected ARGUS International, a member of the SGS Group and a global leader in aviation safety and operational auditing, to conduct its Base Operations Audit — a critical step toward achieving ARGUS Certified Base Operator status.
“Working with a globally recognized audit organization like ARGUS International sends a clear message to our customers: safety, quality and excellence are foundational to everything we do,” Roger Woolsey, CEO of Million Air, said. “Our customers deserve the best, and our team is committed to delivering it. The ARGUS Base Operations Audit sets a high bar — and we’re proud to meet it.”
The audit covers critical areas such as: safety management systems (SMS), emergency preparedness, personnel training and competency, facility maintenance and infrastructure, and customer service protocols.
“ARGUS is pleased to welcome Million Air into our Base Operations Certification Program, joining a global community of operators committed to safety and operational excellence,” Mike McCready, president of ARGUS International, said. “Million Air already holds a strong reputation in the FBO industry. Achieving ARGUS certification will further elevate their systems and demonstrate their leadership in safety and service.”
