Mitsubishi HC Capital America, a non-bank, non-captive finance provider in North America, expanded its commercial finance credit team with the addition of two seasoned credit professionals. Cary Downer joined as vice president, credit, bringing 27 years of industry experience, and Todd Thompson joined as vice president, credit officer, with over 20 years of experience.
