Monitor released preliminary details for the LeadHer Women’s Leadership Summit, June 2 – 4, 2026, in Philadelphia, PA.
LeadHer is a leadership summit for women at every level in equipment finance, grounded in what’s next for the industry and guided by the voices of the women already leading it. With disruption accelerating across all facets of life and business, this event focuses on business impact, leading boldly in a new era and meaningful connection — all through a distinctly women-led lens.
Opening Night
LeadHer begins on Tuesday, June 2 with an evening cocktail reception focused on connection and conversation.
Day One
Participants will sit in “Mentor Circles” during welcome remarks from Lisa Rafter, publisher and CEO of Monitor, and a keynote from Lori Frasier before moving directly into a workshop, “Unmasking Authenticity: Embracing Your True Self,” led by Wendi Wasik of Wasik Consulting.
Throughout the day, leaders will work through applied discussions on:
- AI in Practice
- Generation Next: Leading Gen Z
- Innovation + Risk
- Your Voice at the Table
- Building + Leveraging a Powerful Network
- Balance + Boundaries
- Lessons to Unlearn: Generational Learnings
The day will conclude with a candid panel conversation in which senior industry leaders will discuss allyship, sponsorship, mentorship and coaching, followed by an evening networking event at SPIN Philadelphia.
Day Two
Highlights from the second day will include:
- A speaker session, “Spheres of Influence,” where attendees will engage in a meaningful conversation regarding building relationships, strategies for networking and cultivating meaningful connections and leveraging relationships for collaboration and support.
- An executive leader panel moderated by Rafter, “She Leads: Inspiring Leadership Journeys,” in which women will share stories about their leadership journeys, designed to inspire existing and future leaders.
- A workshop, “The Authenticity Key: Masks Off. Confidence On,” led by Hilary Bilbrey, speaker and author, HB Inspires.
LeadHer concludes with “Mentor Circles” and a post-summit action plan including a 30-day follow-up with a Catalyst Mentor. The post-summit action plan is intended to provide insights that translate into measurable leadership behavior and action as leaders integrate their LeadHer experience into their roles, organizations and lives.
