Sixteen respected leaders from across the equipment finance industry will serve as facilitators for Converge: The Virtual Experience 2025. The group will lead strategic conversations and help participants create actionable customer growth plans.
Converge is a half day, workshop-style virtual event designed to help equipment finance leaders rethink and rebuild customer strategy. In just five focused hours, participants will collaborate in breakout sessions to refine and modernize their approaches to customer identification, acquisition, retention and growth. To help participants implement what they build, all attendees will walk away with the Converge Customer Playbook — post-event resource filled with facilitator insights, breakout session takeaways, and guided templates to help teams apply new strategies, track progress, and drive customer growth long after the event ends.
This year’s facilitators bring expertise across sales, strategy, operations and customer experience. Each will lead focused breakout groups, guide discussions and help attendees build customized go-to-market strategies in real time. Participants will rotate through different breakout groups with a variety of facilitators and peers to maximize exposure to diverse perspectives and leadership styles.
