M&T Bank appointed Frank Fonseca as line of business manager for M&T Capital and Leasing, part of M&T Equipment Finance Group, effective July 26, 2024.
Succeeding Micky Urquhart, who retired after leading the organization since 1997, Frank has 35 years of banking experience, 25 of them in equipment finance, with leadership roles as a relationship manager, credit manager and, most recently, as chief operating officer at M&T Capital and Leasing.
