NationaLease held its 2025 Canadian Leadership Summit on Oct. 21 – 22 at the Radison Blu in Toronto, ON, bringing together companies from across Canada to discuss pressing issues, share insights and develop new strategies for the coming year. The highlight of the event was the Awards Dinner, TFI Holdings was honored with the 2025 Canadian MVP Award in recognition of its outstanding performance in the areas of business growth, member participation and purchasing.
The meeting was called to order by Mike Thibeau of TFI Holdings. Over the course of the two-day gathering, attendees gained a deeper understanding of key challenges in the Canadian market with presentations on the economy, tariffs, government policy and regulations. Invited speakers included Kevin Hoyt of VEL NationaLease, Rachel Battaglia of the Royal Bank of Canada, Ken Davis of Greentree Advisors, Dan Laurencelle of Arctic Glacier, Rob Leone of Niagara University, and Arun Rebello of TD Bank. Internal updates were provided by Dean Vicha, Jane Clark, Joe Gallick, Ashley Barber, Griffin Becker and Kelly Kordowski of NationaLease.
