Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) promoted Tatum Noreen, CLFP, from inside sales manager to sales manager. Since joining OCS in 2021, Noreen has demonstrated consistent growth and leadership, previously serving as client account manager, inside sales supervisor and inside sales manager.
Throughout her tenure, Noreen has made a significant impact on both her team and the organization. Known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to build meaningful client relationships, she has played a key role in the continued success and growth of the inside sales team.
In her new role, Noreen will oversee the OCS sales team while managing customer relationships nationwide. She will partner closely with team members to set strategic objectives, provide guidance and support the execution of key growth initiatives. Noreen will focus on aligning sales efforts with company priorities, strengthening cross functional collaboration and driving consistent performance across the organization, while continuing to foster strong relationships within the equipment finance industry.
Noreen holds the Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) designation, which she earned in 2019.
