Industry leaders gathered for the 2025 NationaLease Sales Meeting & Dedicated Logistics Summit on Nov. 18 – 20 at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix in Phoenix. During this combined event, attendees gained deep insights into the current state of the freight market by sharing success stories, strategies and knowledge, focusing on driving innovation and growth in truck lease sales and dedicated logistics.
The Dedicated Logistics Summit took place during the first day and a half, with Jim Stetz, vice president of dedicated contract carriage at NationaLease, opening the meeting and offering his welcoming remarks and introductions. Speakers that afternoon and the following morning included Ken Evans of Konexial, Bob Hudec of Edward Don, Fred Virga of TCI Leasing/Rentals, a NationaLease member, Celine King of GreenIRR, and Stetz. These professionals spoke on a wide range of subjects, including telematics, drayage, sustainability and customer perspectives.
At 1:00 p.m. on Nov. 19, Jane Clark, senior vice president of operations at NationaLease, brought the Sales Meeting to order, before turning over to Dean Vicha, president of NationaLease, for his opening address. Invited speakers and panelists for the remainder of the day and the following included Russ Abdrakhmanov of neKey, Joe King of Fleetrock, Ken Davis of Greentree Advisors, Mark Shonka of IMPAX Sales Performance, Ray Swesey of Brown NationaLease and Bob Lauser of Bentley Truck Services, a NationaLease member. In addition, several representatives from NationaLease gave updates, moderated discussions and joined panels: Joe Gallick, Joe Puff, Ashley Barber, Jorge Carrillo, Dave Glendinning, Jay Hagerty, Jerome Johnson Jr., Keith Keylock, Kurt Palmer, Brandy Gonzalez and Dan Wallace.
On the final day of the event, Jay Hagerty of NationaLease was honored as the recipient of this year’s Gerald Yeomans Top Sales Award for National Account Executives.
“We’ve all dealt with a lot of uncertainty this past year, but we’ve shown that truly understanding our customer’s needs, delivering personalized service, and helping them grow is what continues to set us apart,” Vicha said. “There’s no doubt we’ll face these and new challenges in 2026 but we have great momentum and I can’t wait to see where we’re standing this time next year.”
The 2026 NationaLease Sales Meeting & Dedicated Logistics Summit will take place Nov. 17 – 19, 2026, at the Beach House Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale.
