Sudhir Amembal, an affiliate of Rinaldi Advisory Services, recently held another virtual, one-day session as part of his Winning With Leasing seminar series with attendance from bank-based companies, independents, captives, brokers and service providers.
The material, after a brief introduction on the distinction (and the proper use of terminology) between the capital and FMV lease, delved into the substantial benefits of leasing (37 in all) as well as the tax and accounting impact of both types of leases on customers. Amembal provided attendees with knowledge and tools on how best to understand varied customer motivations and arrive at deal-clinching responses to commonly encountered objections. The session concluded with a host of approaches on how to add value, outsmart competition and comprehend why only a few outperform.
