Nancy Robles, president and CEO of Eastern Funding, will deliver the keynote address at STRIPES Leadership Program’s upcoming Cohort 7 Certification Ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025, in Philadelphia. The ceremony will celebrate the graduation of the program’s seventh class of emerging equipment finance leaders.
Robles, a highly respected figure in the financial services sector, will share her insights on transformative leadership, drawing from her inspiring journey at Eastern Funding. Her address is expected to cover essential elements of leadership, including integrity, authenticity and the critical balance between professional ascent and personal well-being. She will also extend her congratulations to the graduating class.

Following Robles’ keynote, each graduate will be individually recognized for their outstanding achievements and certification as a STRIPES leader.
