As part of the engagement, Consult Disrupt is working alongside Smarter Finance USA’s leadership and team to provide operational strategy, cross-functional process alignment, and hands-on system administration of their lease accounting platform. This includes workflow configuration, automation improvements, reporting and vendor coordination across core systems.
