Scott Smith, training and development leader at LEAF Commercial Capital, is retiring, according to a LinkedIn post from Smith. He spent nearly 13 years in this role, in which he was responsible for the design, coordination, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of all training and development initiatives for LEAF employees.
Prior to LEAF, Smith served as director of training for LRP Publications for nearly two years, a consultant for SDS Associates for two years and a corporate development director for LEAF Financial for over six years. He was also a sales training manager for CitiCapital and a training and development specialist for Advanta Leasing.
