Stonebriar Commercial Finance closed a $200 million lease financing to a global data center operator. The lease is supported by assets consisting of new, high-performance servers, data storage systems and other networking equipment located at lessee’s five primary U.S. data centers. The assets will be dedicated to lessees private cloud segment, providing capacity to serve new customer growth under new multi-year contracts.
