Stonebriar Commercial Finance closed a seven-year CAD$130 (USD$95.3) million term loan for a provider of specialty industrial and environmental services to oil and gas, chemical and manufacturing end markets. The loan, part of a leveraged buyout, is secured by all fixed assets of the company. This is the second transaction closed with the company’s sponsor in the last 12 months, totaling CAD$186 (USD$136.3) million.
