STRIPES LAB, the alumni webinar series of STRIPES Leadership Program, will host its next session, “Uncovering Blind Spots — How Leaders Get Honest Feedback Up, Down & Across the Organization,” on Thursday, May 14 at 1:00 p.m. EST. The session will bring together industry leaders for a candid conversation on one of the most critical leadership challenges: creating environments where honest feedback can surface, trust can grow and stronger decisions, alignment and performance can follow.
The webinar will feature a moderated discussion led by Matt Diehl, head of business development and program management at LEAF Commercial Capital, with panelists Rick Matte, president and CEO of Post Road Equipment Finance, and Tom Lyle, equipment finance executive.
Designed as a practical, experience-driven conversation, the session will give attendees direct insight into how senior leaders approach these challenges in real time — not in theory, but in practice.
Topics will include recognizing hidden assumptions, creating conditions where candid feedback can surface, giving and receiving difficult feedback, navigating feedback up, down and across the organization and using self-assessment to strengthen leadership conversations.
