STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program designed to challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within the equipment finance industry, launched its 8th cohort on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025.
The launch began with STRIPES’ signature 3-Day Transformational Leadership Launch (TLL), an immersive experience that sets the tone for the six-month journey ahead. During these three days, participants explore powerful leadership distinctions and engage in hands-on exercises that build trust, self-awareness, collaboration and accountability while expanding their thinking with regard to what is possible for themselves and their organizations. The sessions are designed to help leaders uncover blind spots and expand their capacity to lead in new, meaningful and more impactful ways.
In addition, the Launch lays the groundwork for participants’ Capstone Projects — bold initiatives designed to create meaningful, measurable results within their organizations. Over three days, participants also begin forging deep relationships within their cohort, cultivating a cross-industry network of forward-thinking leaders committed to growth and transformation.

Following the three-day Launch, participants will engage in Business and Leadership Workshops, Executive Roundtable discussions and group, peer, and one on one coaching sessions led by recognized industry executives and leadership experts. These experiences continue to deepen the transformational work started at the Launch and support participants in executing their Capstone Projects with purpose and powerful impact.
