Summit Funding Group appointed Erica Day as executive vice president of operations. In this role, Day will provide strategic leadership, direction and oversight of documentation, operational accounting, reporting and technical project management. She reports directly to the president, Rick Ross, as a member of the executive leadership team.

Her track record in spearheading program transformations, managing complex operations and fostering cross-departmental collaboration, positions her as a visionary leader for Summit’s continued growth.
