North Mill Equipment Finance (NMEF), a commercial equipment lessor located in Norwalk, Connecticut, acquired 100% of the stock of TF Group, a technology-driven finance provider in El Segundo, California. Taycor Financial will continue to operate as an independent division of NMEF, with a focus on developing direct and vendor origination programs.
