The Alta Group has established a strategic affiliation with Cam Krueger, expanding the advisory firm’s recent senior-level experience in equipment finance and decades of industry expertise.
Krueger will serve as an Alta director and integral member of the operational enablement and technology team, providing strategy and competitive alignment services to clients.
“We are delighted Cam is working alongside our trusted team of global equipment finance advisors,” Valerie L. Gerard, co-CEO of Alta, said. “He is known for his hands-on work as a senior executive, helping equipment finance companies optimize operations, select and implement the right technology for their businesses and navigate the complexities of digital transformation. Cam also is well-regarded in the industry for his strategic perspective on what works, and what does not work, in equipment finance.”
Krueger has implemented every major technology platform in the market and helped many of the leading companies in equipment finance. He built specialty finance practices at three global consulting firms before affiliating with Alta — first, as vice president of Capgemini, then as managing director at Deloitte, and later as managing director at Accenture. His work contributed to significant sales and revenue growth for the companies, the successful completion of complex implementations, operational improvements and the establishment of centers of excellence. Krueger also created the industry’s first comprehensive technology benchmarking tool.
His efforts to advance the industry have been recognized by the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association (ELFA), which honored Krueger with its Distinguished Service Award. He is past chair of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation, previously served on the ELFA board of directors, and is past chair of the association’s operations and technology committee. He is a former member of the ELFA’s service providers business council and membership, finance and audit, and business technology committees.
