For the second consecutive year, Transervice Logistics, a provider of dedicated contract carriage and customized transportation solutions, was recognized for its corporate social responsibility as one of Long Island Business News’ 2026 Corporate Citizenship honorees. Sean Schnipper, director of marketing at Transervice, and Kari Beeson, vice president of human resources at Transervice, accepted the company’s award at an event held on Sept. 17 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY.
The Corporate Citizenship Awards recognize companies and individuals who believe that by being good corporate citizens, they contribute to the economic and social well-being of employees, businesses and the community. Honorees consistently prove that true community stewardship evolves through building strong partnerships with nonprofit organizations and others that strive to meet the critical needs of our community.
“The 2026 Corporate Citizenship honorees demonstrate what responsible business leadership looks like in practice. They consistently prove that true community stewardship evolves through building strong partnerships with nonprofit organizations and others that strive to meet the critical needs of Long Island and beyond,” Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media/Long Island Business News, said. “We at Long Island Business News are pleased to celebrate these dynamic leaders and thank them for all they do for the community.”
Gregg Nierenberg, president and CEO of Lily and Transervice, added, “Transervice employees are delighted to be an honoree once again for the Corporate Citizenship Award from Long Island Business News. It honors an important core value of our company and shows appreciation for the generosity of our employees who consistently step up to help support those in need in our local community.”
Among the many charities that Transervice and its employees support are the following Long Island organizations:
