Western Equipment Finance promoted Ashley Schuster to program manager and Bobbie Rota to senior asset manager.
Schuster will focus on managing Western Equipment Finance’s lawn and tree industry programs while providing superior customer service, effective efficiency and accuracy. She will work closely with dealers and customers to help provide program financing options and complete all account-related items. Schuster previously served as the company’s account manager II.
Rota will identify trends, capture data and implement process improvements within asset management. Rota has deep knowledge of asset valuations and expertise in remarketing.
