NFS Capital, an independent equipment finance company serving businesses across the United States and Canada, closed a $250 million warehouse credit facility with Fifth Third Bank, National Association. The facility establishes a new banking relationship for NFS Capital.
This adds lending resources that strengthen NFS Capital’s equipment finance platform, backing the company’s continued expansion across a wide-ranging transaction portfolio — including multi-vendor projects and other business-critical equipment investments — and its growing network of equipment vendor and manufacturer partners. It also complements NFS Capital’s existing banking relationships.
With the addition of the Fifth Third facility, NFS Capital’s total bank facility capacity now stands at $800 million.
“Establishing this relationship with Fifth Third is an important step in the evolution of our capital platform,” Dana Calumby, chief financial officer of NFS Capital, said. “This gives us greater flexibility to handle a broader range of transactions, serve our customers and strategic partners, and keep building momentum while maintaining the responsive, disciplined approach that has defined NFS.”
