Shari L. Lipski, principal of ECS Financial Services, will join the Commercial Finance Association’s Midwest Chapter as co-chair on the membership committee.

In Lipski’s role as co-chair, she will assist the committee as it works to inform prospective and current members in understanding the benefits and opportunities provided to them by the CFA including the value associated with education, networking and creation of brand awareness in affiliating with the trade group for commercial finance companies, factors, banks and others engaged in asset-based financial services.

Lipski has more than 25 years of business experience, the last 18 at ECS Financial, a financial services firm focused on the leasing industry. She has experience in business development, portfolio management as well as tax and accounting matters focused on the leasing, finance and banking industries.

In addition to dedicating her time to the CFA-Midwest, Lipski is also active in a number of other professional associations including the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, National Equipment Finance Association, Association for Corporate Growth and the Certified Lease and Finance Professional Foundation.
