Jim Gavaghan : Since joining the Molloy Associates team in 2015, Jim has fulfilled 60+ placements. Prior to Molloy, Jim worked as a successful business leader with GE Capital for 33 years, adding to his experience in public finance, capital markets, fleet leasing, technology finance and M&A.

Susan Campbell: Susan Campbell has over 30 years of experience in financial services, commercial banking and specialty lending. Her experience includes leadership positions responsible for recruiting, developing and managing top talent. Susan’s areas of expertise include business development, underwriting, credit, asset management and work out experience as well as risk, operational and change management. Prior to joining Molloy, Susan was Chief Operating Officer for Real Estate Banking at PNC Bank. Prior to her Chief Operating Officer role, Susan ran Underwriting for Real Estate Banking at PNC.
