Christina Ochs, President of The Corporation for Interest Rate Management, has worked in interest rate risk management for the past 18 years, gaining experience in almost every operational role at the CIRM. Having first earned her bachelor's degree from New York University she then gained an MBA from St. John's University of Rome.A passionate leader, Christina is a member of the Women's Presidents Organization. She also sits on various boards including the Women's Board of The Museum of Contemporary Art (Chicago), The Chicago Chamber Music Society, the Active Transport Alliance, and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Cook County.
Dillard Van Dango, the son of Dexter Van Dango, is the pen name for a greying millennial entering the peak of his equipment finance career. He has held various roles within independent and bank-owned leasing companies. A recession grad and rising rate virgin, Van Dango is also a family-renowned home chef and the world’s proudest dog dad.

He joined Corcentric in 2010, bringing over 30 years of experience as a financial services professional in the transportation industry.
Ray Ellingsen is Senior Vice President, Syndications & Operation at Corcentric. He has more than 25 years of experience in the syndication, equipment lease finance and commercial banking industry. At Corcentric, he is responsible for growing and maintaining national funding source relationships with complementary valued-added financial institutions and equipment finance organizations, as well as developing customized, customer-focused, life-cycle fleet management financing programs.
Shari B. Domow Bacsardi is a partner in Womble Bond Dickinson’s capital markets practice group. Domow Bacsardi represents lenders and lessors in all aspects of equipment finance transactions with an emphasis on transportation assets, including aircraft (corporate and commercial), rail equipment, locomotives and railcars, vessels (barges and tankers) and specialty assets.
