Zwick Joins LFC Capital Team in Lease Portfolio Investments

Leasing executive Michael D. Zwick has affiliated with LFC Capital to serve as group executive, Special Assets, where he will focus on lease transactions related to healthcare and other industries, as well as out-of-favor assets, working with banks and other financial institutions.

Zwick is president of Lease Advisors and for 17 years prior was executive vice president of North Mill Equipment Finance, formerly known as Equilease Financial Services, where he was in charge of acquiring lease portfolios from institutions, independent lessors, and specialty finance companies. During his career, he has completed more than $600 million of lease and portfolio financings, ranging in size from $2 million to over $200 million.
