Terex Financial Sues Recycling Company for Non-Payment

According to a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against California-based LBC Irwindale, Terex Financial Services filed a complaint seeking more than $1.2 million in damages and all legal fees for nonpayment on a master lease agreement covering two 2014 Terex-Power Screen Crushers.

According to the complaint, both parties entered into a lease agreement on March 3, 2015 for equipment and that the defendant has defaulted on this agreement. The plaintiff holds LBC Irwindale responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make its July and August payments.

Ontario, CA-based LBC Irwindale is an affiliate of Titan Industrial Services. LBC provides contract crushing services in construction recycling.
