According to a local news report from The Times and Democrat of South Carolina, PNC Equipment Finance will provide tax-exempt financing to the Orangeburg County Fire District to support the purchase of a new Pierce Enforcer ladder truck for $951,222.

The T&D noted that commission members unanimously approved the purchase, which will require the county to take on a tax-exempt, five-year loan with PNC Equipment Finance for $213,010.41 at a 3.89% interest rate.
