In this comprehensive workshop, ACT Research analysts will present an overview of the myriad of data they work with on a day-to-day basis that is incorporated into the various reports, databases and forecasts ACT publishes.

The overview will include :

  • what data is collected
  • timing of data collection and reporting
  • definitions of the data elements and what they represent
  • how the data is analyzed synthesized
  • assimilated into our body of work.

The workshop is designed not only for those who may be new to the industry and are looking for a commercial vehicle primer, but will also serve as a valuable refresher for the seasoned industry veteran.

Perhaps the most valuable portion of the workshop will be your opportunity to share your experiences about how you use the data and what data needs you have a tough time filling.

The Workshop is an optional pre-seminar program hosted in conjunction with ACT’s Seminar 62. Attendance at the seminar is not required to attend the Database Workshop.
