With more than 10 years of experience in the commercial finance and insurance industries, Aggie Weber has held various IT positions at Fortune 500 companies during her career. Before joining ENGS Commercial Finance in 2015, Weber spent more than five years at Pepsi Americas in data administration and architecture and more than four years at Arthur J. Gallagher in senior business analytics positions. Weber has also worked for Discover Financial Services and US Cellular.

Since joining ENGS, Weber has become an important member of the company’s IT team. She started her time with ENGS as a business intelligence manager and architect before being promoted to IT director applications in 2019. Two years later, in 2021, she ascended to her current role as vice president of applications, At ENGS, Weber has been involved with developing automated reporting, digital projects and transforming the company into an industry leader by creating a financial technology platform for internal and external customers as well as vendors in the transportation, industrial and construction sectors, Since Weber joined the organization, ENGS has grown its Salesforce platform to integrate with its back-office lease accounting systems, developed and implemented the ENGS mobile application and created the Propel Vendor self-help portal and the interactive ENGS website for customers and vendors.

In her role as vice president of applications at ENGS, Weber manages a team of talented employees who provide a positive and friendly customer experience. She considers herself to be a leader who focuses on motivating others to build trust and consensus while valuing an engaged and empowered team. She also promotes the advancement of her team’s knowledge of rapidly changing technology and business needs. During her career at ENGS, Weber has implemented several other technological solutions to streamline and improve business processes.
